TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2023 By Nelson ole Abuya, of P.O. Box 1–40211, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuya Mogunde, who died at Magenche Location, on 15th September, 1982. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By (1) Bibian Mutinda Katua and (2) Bridgit Mbenya Katua, both of P.O. Box 1217–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Davies Monari Mekubo, who died on 12th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
