TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2024 By Mary Kabura Munywoki, of P.O. Box 59, Kambiti in Kenya, the decesaed’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwikali Mwaka, who died at Karaba, on 23rd December, 2008. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Nthenya Masila and (2) Charles Katua Masila, both of P.O. Box 1, Kithimani in Kenya, the decesaed’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rodah Nthenya Musila, who died at Kithii, Yatta, on 3rd March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
