TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2024 By (1) Leonard Wangendo Muhia and (2) John Kihumbu Njenga, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Njenga Tiras, who died on 22nd June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2024 By (1) Nancy Mwembu Kiratu and (2) Monica Wambui Kiratu, both of P.O. Box 120–00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kiratu Munga, who died on 7th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
