TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Benson Nyabuto Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 259, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nehemia Nyakundi alias Nehemiah Nyakundi, who died at Botabori Sub-location, on 8th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By (1) James Ondieki Nyanumba and (2) Samuel Momanyi Nyanumba, both of P.O. Box 200–40501, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanumba Ondieki, who died at Nyaramba, on 22nd December, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
