TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2021 By (1) Nelly Chepleting Sawe and (2) Peter Kiplagat Kogo, both of P.O. Box 145–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jepkoech Tabarbuch Bett, who died on 24th August, 1994. 23rd August, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2024 By Samuel Busienei Chemase, of P.O. Box 2689–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheboi Chemase Chebosangut, who died at Chepkoilel, on 1st June, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
