TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
THE KENYA GAZETTE 23rd August, 2024
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024
By (1) Francis Leshan Olomishira, (2) Joseph Karioki Leshan and
(3) Maleon Leshan, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leshan Olomishira Nakuja, who died at Sunde, on 22nd August, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
