TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2024 By (1) Mwangangi Maithya Muthui and (2) Robert Wambua Maithya, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maithya Muthui alias Maithya Muthui Mwatha, who died at Tungutu Sub-location, on 25th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By Monica Kalekye Kavuvi, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kavuvi Mutumbwa, who died at Tiva Sub-location, on 25th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
