Box 80–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mbwani Riungu, who died at Kabuboni Sub-location, on 28th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2024 By Elias Kiburi Nkambi, of P.O. Box 18, Magutuni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Kanga, who died at Magutuni in 1965. CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2024 By Jicknis Munari Mbuba, of P.O. Box 32, Magumoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elexander Mbuba M’Mutiga alias Elexander Mbuba, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
