TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2023 By Jasper Gitonga Ruria, of P.O. Box 324–60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bedad M’Ruria, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024 By Rose Karimi Michek, of P.O. Box 17–60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Mutegi Njoka, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 26th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
