TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E84 OF 2024 By (1) Wangui Lucy and (2) Munyi Mbogo, both of P.O. Box 1660, Kithimu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambrose Ireri Munyi, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By Josiah Njagi Munyi, of P.O. Box 109–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyi Kamuthenya, who died at Rugumu, on 10th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2024 By (1) Catherine Muthoni Nyaga and (2) Salesio Kinyua Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Mbogo, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
