TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By Joseph Kamau Ngima, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mwangi Kamau, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2024 By Regina Njambi Njeri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gitau Kinyanjui, who died at Mirimaini, on 28th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
