TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E288 OF 2024 By Josephat Namwaya, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nichanory Wakhula Ogunga alias Wakhula Ogunga, who died at Bumala Sub-location, on 24th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. E306 OF 2024 By France Okothi Karani, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Karani Mwaro alias Karani Mwaro, who died at Tingolo Sub-location, on 19th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
