E182 OF 2024 By (1) Victoria Walegwa Chao and (2) Regina Nyambura Muniu, both of P.O. Box 16418, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kahuhu Muniu, who died at Kiamunyi, on 8th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. 249 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Ngagura Kanja and (2) Patrick Minjire Kanja, both of P.O. Box 13497, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Kanja Kibue, who died at Provincial General Hospital Annex in Kenya, on 29th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
