TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2024 By (1) Ann Wacera Wairimu and (2) Mary Wairimu Ndirangu, both of P.O. Box 234, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Weru Maina, late of Umoja, Nairobi, who died at Jabi, Mandera, on 11th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E232 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wambui Hussein and (2) Salim Duba Hussein, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Mwaura Ngugi Gichinga & Co., advoctes of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Duba Halake, late of Rumuruti, who died at Rumuruti, on 14th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
