TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Victor Kibiwot, of P.O. Box 346, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jerotich Tabarno Sang, who died at Mother Francisca Hospital, on 29th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Samwel Kipkalum Bore, of P.O. Box 100, Baraton in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsambu arap Ngangailem, who died at Mogoon Village, on 17th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
