Box 1723–00200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of probate to the estate of Francis Kipkemoi Kilel, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By Jonathan Kipkemoi Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 333, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of probate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Kilel, who died at Korongoi Sub-location, on 20th February, 2001. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By (1) Patrick Chirchir and (2) Andrew Chirchir, both of P.O. Box 406, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchirchir arap Marusoi, who died at Tenwek Hospital, on 29th October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
