TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2024 By Julius Ndungu Wambua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Muli Ndumba, who died at Katyethoka, on 1st July, 1990. CAUSE NO. E228 OF 2024 By Ndululu Musingi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musingi Ngovia alias Singi Ngovia, who died at Mosa, on 9th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2024 By Margret Kambua Mwosya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Komu Ngopia Koroma alias Komu Ngovia, who died at Kitui, on 9th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
