TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By Joan Kathure Kithure, of P.O. Box 587–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kithure M’Ambutu, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Purity Kinya Murugu and (2) Muriungi Duncan, both of P.O. Box 246–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Kinoti Murugu, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
