TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Jerusha Njeri Mwangi and (2) Elizabeth Njoki Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Gicheru Mwangi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 1st May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Harry Kuria Mwangi, (2) Andrew Murage Kuria and (3) Viola Wanjiru Kuria, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Mwangi Kuria alias Bernard Mwangi Kuria alias Mr. Bernard M. Kuria alias Kuria Bernard Mwangi alias Kuria B. Mwangi, late of Kahawa Sukari, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
