TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By (1) Elizabeth Wasunna and (2) Anthony Philip Wasunna, both of P.O. Box 74122–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joab Bosman Wasunna, who died at Nyali, on 13th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
