TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2023 By Patricia Joan Heather Hayes alias Patricia Joan Heather-Hayes, of P.O. Box 15026–00509, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. B. M. Quadros, advocate, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of James Heather Hayes alias James Heather–Hayes, late of Karen, who died at Tsavo East, Kathekani, Kibwezi, on 16th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
