PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plans was on the 9th August, 2024, completed. THE KENYA GAZETTE 13th September, 2024 A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the CECM, Lands and Physical Planning, P.O. Box 74–80500, Lamu, Mokowe, County Headquarters. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to dir.physicalplanning@lamu.go.ke within sixty (60) days and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
