NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th June, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1810, in Volume D1, Folio 187/938, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Stellah Mutenyo Munyite, of P.O. Box 2340–40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stellah Lutomia Munyite, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Stellah Lutomia Munyite and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stellah Mutenyo Munyite, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Stellah Mutenyo Munyite only.
