Box 29–90301, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Atarah Bella Marini Wright (minor), formerly known as Atarah Bella Mwelu Wright, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Atarah Bella Mwelu Wright and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Atarah Bella Marini Wright, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Atarah Bella Marini Wright only.
