Box 29–90301, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Archie Taji Wright (minor), formerly known as Archie Jabari Wright, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Archie Jabari Wright and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Archie Taji Wright, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Archie Taji Wright only.
