Box 37078– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Florence Wacera Macharia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Florence Wacera Macharia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ruth Karimi Macira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ruth Karimi Macira only.
