Box 5063–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Nimo Rashid Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nimo Rashid Ali and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Naima Rashid Ali for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Naima Rashid Ali only.
