NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the motor vehicle KAZ 748K, Toyota Hiace, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is at Harbiz Investments within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with costs of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
