REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Wambui Kabau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Ngobit Supuko Block 1/6035 (Nyakinyua Ndumo), situate in county of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nanyuki in Succession Cause No. E69 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Patrick W. Kabau, as administrator, and whereas the said Patrick W. Kabau, as administrator, has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the name of Patrick W. Kabau, as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Wambui Kabau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
