WHEREAS Mwangi Gachingiri Watene (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Daiga Umande Block 1/295 (Mukima), situate in Laikipia County, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Karatina in Succession Cause No. HC/RM E29 of 1996, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joseph Muraguri Mwangi, as administrator, and whereas the said Joseph Muraguri Mwangi, as administrator, has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39 in the name of Joseph Muraguri Mwangi, and upon such THE KENYA GAZETTE 23rd August, 2024 registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Gachingiri Watene (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
