REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Maina Chege (deceased), is the registered proprietor of all those parcels of land containing 1.214 and 1.214 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Kaimbaga/984 and 985, respectively, in the district of Nyandarua and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 288 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to Veronica Ruguru Maina (ID/5786019) and whereas the title deed issued earlier to Jeremiah Maina Chege (deceased) has been reported missing or lost and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Jeremiah Maina Chege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
