THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndungu Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.5 acres or thereabout, known as Chania/Ngorongo/289, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E370 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Jinophepha Wairimu Ndungu, (2) Anthony Nganga Gitau and (3) Virginia Wanjiru Mburu, all of P.O. Box 1109, Thika in Kenya, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Jinophepha Wairimu Ndungu, (2) Anthony Nganga Gitau and (3) Virginia Wanjiru Mburu, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndungu Gitau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
