REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wanjiru Wainaina (deceased), is the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 1.60 acres or thereabout, known as Kiganjo/Mundoro/1672, in the district of Gatundu and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E334 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Francis Wainaina Karanja (ID/3114369), of P.O. Box 61–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wanjiru Wainaina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
