REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Gichuki Thogo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Thika Municipality Block 19/1310, situate in Kiambu County, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 2619 of 1998 directing that the name John Gichuki Thogo be cancelled and replaced with those of (1) Dorothy Wacera Macharia and (2) Apofia Wangui Kinuthia, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Gichuki Thogo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said John Gichuki Thogo (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
