REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harun Agoro Adera (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Chiga/2386, and whereas as the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 435 of 2018, has issued a grant in favour of Prisca Adhiambo Agoro, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Prisca Adhiambo Agoro, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Harun Agoro Adera (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Harun Agoro Adera (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
