REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Phoebe M. Ngule, of P.O. Box 845–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in Mombasa District, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza Settlement Scheme/1507, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa in Msc App. No. E187 of 2024, has issued an order of specific performance for the transfer of the property in favour of Etelma Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 85404– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land title deed (green card) in the name Etelma Properties Limited, and upon such registration the land title deed (green card) issued earlier to the said Phoebe M.
