REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Idza Mkiri, of P.O. Box 1171, Kilifi in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 4.4 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Jimba/301, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the said land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
