REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Makuyu Town Council, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land ituate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Makuyu/Block 3/4298, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, whereas pursuant to a decree 23rd August, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE dated the 31st July, 2014 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Misc ELC No. 127 of 2019, the court cancelled the registration and vested the parcel to (1) Kellen Muthoni Njagi, (2) John Kamau Chege, (3) Njei Kamau Mwairi and (4) Henderson Wanyoike, notice is therefore given pursuant to the decree dated the 31st July, 2014 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a Misc. ELC 127 of 2019, That that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
