THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Nyanjiru Wambugu (ID/7910828) and (2) Emma Wanjiku Karia (ID/22292116), both of P.O. Box 190, Kahuro in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.1361 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini/Bock 11/364, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
