WHEREAS (1) Michael Kamau Njuguna (ID/4813403) and (2) Albert Wanyoro Njuguna (ID/3341889), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.812 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Chania/Makwa/1538, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, i shall open a second edition of the register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
