WHEREAS Naomi Chepkech Matasi, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 14/385, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
