WHEREAS La Gazella Limited, of P.O. Box 606, Malindi in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership of all that parcel of land containing 0.3152 hectare or thereabouts, known as portion No. 3426, Malindi, situate Malindi Township in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 18355 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the original certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
