REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jacob O. Oketch, of P.O. Box 98225–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that parcel of land containing 0.0232 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/Ziwa la Ngombe/1518, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
