REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Scarramanga Mazdzanga Mwaruwa and (2) Chepkoskei Asha Mwaruwa, as administrators of the estate of Ibrahim Salim Mwaruwa (deceased), are registered as proprietors in leasehold ownership of all that parcel of land containing 1.100 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 1614/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 13927 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
