THE COMMUNITY LAND ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) of the Community Land Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, in consultation with the County Government of Marsabit has developed the Adjudication Programme for the communities in Marsabit County set out in the second column of the Schedule.
