Box 337–40404, Rongo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maryil Aluoch, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maryil Aluoch, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maryil Goriet Ochieng for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe address her by her assumed name Maryil Goriet Ochieng only.
