NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to Dominic Ayondi (ID/22250880), to take delivery of ten (10) metal/steel window frames from the yard of Francis Kiingati, of P. O. Box 24032–00502, Karen Nairobi, along Kerarapon 14th Drive within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of outstanding storage charges and other incidental costs including that of publishing of this notice, failing to which the said metal/steel frames shall be disposed off by way of sale by public auction without further reference and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the outstanding debts and storage charges accrued thereon and other incidentals and the shortfall if any, you ( Dominic Ayondi) shall be liable thereof.
