TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By Isaac Fuchaka Maliki, of P.O. Box 101, Ghwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjelimo Watima Kotikoti, who died at North Nalondo, on 1st May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Ngeywo Barasa Benson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Temoi Masibili alias Zakaria, who died at Wamono, on 18th December, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
