CAUSE NO E19 OF 2024 By Johnson Munene Ngure, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philisiah Wachuka Ngure alias Philisian Wachuka Ngure, who died on 29th July, 2010. CAUSE NO E20 OF 2024 By Margret Atieno Omolo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Oketch Mambe, who died at Mpeketoni School, on 7th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
