Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jephita Motende Okemwa alias Jefta Motende Okemwa, who died on 2nd August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By Hezron Mochiro Ondari, of P.O. Box 171, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mokua Ochwangi, who died on 8th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By Humphrey Okemwa Motende, of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ombasa Ndarera, who died at Boikanga Sub-location, on 5th October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
